Marie Bosley

Marie Bosley died peacefully at Ball Hospice House in Sault Ste Marie surrounded by her family at the age of 91. She was very kind and loving to all her family and those around her with a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to cook for her family and what a cook she was. Her cinnamon rolls were the best. She also loved to sketch, paint, sing country and religious music and write songs. Marie lived with her son Wallace for many years. She always said she wanted to go on a picnic before she died not after, so that's what he did. He planted flowers for her and took her on many trips across the country, from ocean to ocean, Mexico, and Banff in Canada, as well as both Disney parks. She never complained about anything. From spring flowers to fall leaves, she loved it all. She especially loved babies and kids. Marie would leave extra food on her plate so she could feed animals and birds. When people got mean, Wallace would get upset and she would tell him to forgive them because they have mental issues and they couldn't help it. She wouldn't speak bad of anyone and she had beautiful handwriting She is survived by children Christina (Frank) Zimmerman, Robert, Donald, Gary (Patti) Bosley, Cynthia (James) McClellan, Wallace, and Grace Bosley of Sault Ste Marie. Sister Florence Payment and many nieces and nephews, 10 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great -grant -grandchildren Marie was predeceased by her husband Wallace, parents Tom and Irene Parr, brother James, sister Grace Smith, daughter Linda Bosley, Grandsons Travis and Wallace Bosley. A heartfelt thanks to her grandchild Tracy Baron and her family for taking such good care of her in her final days with so much love and respect and to Dr. Thilak Chander and the Emergency, 2nd Floor Nursing Staff at My Michigan Health, Staff at Ball Hospice House. Wonderful Wonderful People GOD BLESS YOU ALL A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 17, 2023, at C.S. Mulder Funeral Home. Friends may visit at the funeral home that same day starting at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Oaklawn Chapel Gardens on a later date.
